Un proyecto que captura una visión futurista y sostenible de un edificio de usos mixtos concebido como un auténtico ecosistema urbano. Caracterizado por una volumetría irregular y fragmentada, se mimetiza con su entorno natural, generando una sensación de continuidad entre la construcción y el paisaje.
La fachada revestida con la calidez de la piedra natural, presenta una composición modular/rítmica, generando una sensación de movimiento y vitalidad. Los ventanales estratégicamente ubicados, permiten la entrada de luz natural y ofrecen vistas panorámicas del entorno, conectando a los ocupantes con el exterior.
Uno de los elementos más destacados de nuestro proyecto son las extensas terrazas verdes que se integran a la fachada, creando un manto vegetal que amortigua el impacto ambiental del edificio, no solo cumplen una función estética, sino que también contribuyen a mejorar la calidad del aire, reducir la temperatura del entorno y fomentar la biodiversidad.
El diseño del edificio responde a la tendencia de usos mixtos, combinando diferentes funciones en un mismo espacio. La disposición de volúmenes y la conexión entre ellos generan una gran diversidad de espacios, tanto públicos como privados, fomentando interacción social y creación de comunidades vibrantes.
tijFerro es un ejemplo de cómo la arquitectura puede ser un agente de cambio positivo, contribuyendo a la construcción de ciudades más resilientes y sostenibles. A través de un diseño innovador y una estrategia urbana, creamos un edificio que no solo es atractivo, sino que también ofrece una alta calidad de vida a sus ocupantes y un impacto positivo en su entorno

Characterized by an irregular and fragmented volume, it blends into its natural surroundings, creating a sense of continuity between the building and the landscape.
The façade, clad with the warmth of natural stone, presents a modular and rhythmic composition, generating a sense of movement and vitality. Strategically placed windows allow natural light to enter and offer panoramic views of the surroundings, connecting the occupants with the outdoors.
One of the most notable elements of our project is the extensive green terraces integrated into the façade, creating a canopy that cushions the building’s environmental impact. They not only serve an aesthetic purpose but also contribute to improving air quality, reducing ambient temperatures, and promoting biodiversity.
The building’s design responds to the mixed-use trend, combining different functions in a single space. The arrangement of volumes and the connections between them generate a wide variety of spaces, both public and private, fostering social interaction and the creation of vibrant communities.
tijFerro is an example of how architecture can be an agent of positive change, contributing to the construction of more resilient and sustainable cities.
